Delivery Process
To ensure smooth and secure delivery, customers must provide:
- Recipient’s Full Name (as per valid photo ID)
- Complete Address with nearest landmark & correct pin code
- Active Contact Number
At the time of delivery, the courier agent may request one of the following ID proofs:

- Passport

- Driving License

Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is not available during the first attempt, our courier partner will make up to 1 additional delivery attempts.
After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
