We want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Eligibility:
- Customers may return jewellery products within 7 days of purchase/delivery.
- Refund will be processed 100% of the product value (after deducting making charges, discounts, or free gift value if applicable).
- The product must be in its original condition with:
- Original bill/invoice
- Product certificate (if any)
- Loss of certificate/invoice will result in a deduction of ₹500.
- Refund is not applicable on Gold Coins, Gold Bars, Silver Coins, Silver Bars, customized ornaments, gemstones, nose pins, and gift vouchers/cards. These are covered under Buyback Policy (with best BuyBack price) only.
Refund Process:
- Email us with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Refunds are initiated only after successful quality check of the returned product.
- Customers may also confirm over phone and visit our store for return/refund with immediate bank transfer, aftrer checking of the product and original bill with details of the buyer.
